User Experience Designer

Full time, London/Remote

We’re looking for a User Experience Designer to enrich our growing team.

We’re looking for someone who believes in the power of design to contribute to a brighter future, someone who is curious and passionate in deeply understanding clients' challenges and transforming them into beautiful and successful digital products.

You have a background in UX/UI, product design or service design and active interest in the latest digital and user-centred design trends. Some years of professional experience under your belt are a plus.

You know how to actively participate in every step of the design process, from conceptualisation phases to developing user flows, sitemaps and prototypes, defining design features and preparing UI kits for sharing with developers.

You are a collaborative person, used to working in a team and capable of sharing and presenting your work, fruitfully contributing to deliver work on time and to the highest standards.

Core skills

  • A solid background in designing digital user experiences and interfaces
  • Experience in crafting/working with design systems and UI kits
  • A user-centered design approach
  • Mastery of UI/UX principles and best practices
  • Attention to detail, focus and consistency
  • Curiosity and passion
  • Used to work in team, autonomy and organisation
  • Advanced knowledge of common UI and prototyping softwares (Figma, Adobe XD)
  • Knowledge of visual mapping tools (Miro, FigJam)

Plus

  • Familiarity with data visualisation and information design principles
  • Familiarity with UXR methodologies (Value Proposition, Workshops, Interviews, Usability testing)
  • Experience with coding
